Still, Jessica did not understand. Instead, both she and Abby kept pushing him and claiming that all of the doggy aspects were super important to them.
So, he was forced to give Jessica an ultimatum. He said that either they stick to the original compromise, or Jessica and Abby could have their expensive party by themselves, and he would marry Jessica at the courthouse alone.
His ultimatum was not well-received at all, though. In fact, Abby accused him of being manipulative and wanted Jessica to stay at her place “until he pulls his head out of his butt.”
Jessica, thankfully, did not end up going to stay at Abby’s house. Regardless, though, they are still arguing back and forth about this entire ordeal.
Jessica believes that he is acting totally selfish and still wants to have the full-blown dog wedding right in the middle of their real wedding. And he just cannot believe it.
He really does not think he is being unreasonable or selfish for wanting to marry just Jessica– and not Jessica, Abby, and all of their pets. But, he cannot help but wonder if he is somehow a jerk for saying no to the dog mashup wedding, and that’s why the girls are so angry at him.
