She thought she was just being generous by offering him a nice rental suite at a discounted rate– especially because he would be forced to move across the country if it was not for her.

But, at the same time, his comments have stuck with her. So now, she has been left wondering if refusing to let him move in with her for free or giving him a loan off the books was the wrong way to handle this situation.
