His Girlfriend Keeps A Stuffed Animal On Her Bed That Her Ex Got Her, And It’s Making Him Upset

“I told her that I would like her to throw it away, and I even offered to buy her a new one. She then got really sad with me and said that it’s not like she thinks about him when hugging it, and that she only started to have it in her bed after they broke up.”

His girlfriend then tried to say that her keeping this stuffed animal would be the same as if his ex purchased a TV for him and he kept it.

He disagreed since you don’t hug a TV or keep it in your bed with you every night.

“We then argued about it for a while,” he said. “But I gave up, she wants to keep it. And I feel guilty about making it such a big…deal.”

“I know that some of my friends would also think it’s weird of any partner to keep a stuffed animal from an ex in their bed.”

He really doesn’t think he’s in the wrong for taking up an issue with his girlfriend’s stuffed animal. Do you?
