“I dismissed it and assumed he was revisiting the wedding in his head and felt bad for her or something.”
“A few weeks later, we’re driving, and my boyfriend looks out the window at someone and says, “Oh, I thought that was Sydney!” I just laughed because that would be a funny coincidence. It was unprompted again and caught my attention for a fraction of a second again.”
Then yesterday, it hit her that her boyfriend and Sydney are friends on social media, and Sydney even recently liked one of her boyfriend’s posts. This really just came across as suspicious to her.
Her boyfriend and Sydney only said hello and that it was nice to meet one another, so she finds it bizarre that here they are connected on social media.
“Something about this doesn’t sit right with me and is setting off a little bell, so I want to bring it up to him,” she said.
“Not in an accusatory way because it probably doesn’t mean anything, just out of curiosity. Is this a silly thing to even bring up to him in the first place?”
“I feel like if they somehow became friends, he would bring it up to me since I was the one who actually formed somewhat of a relationship with her there so we could keep talking too. I don’t know.”
