Some couples have even taken this idea one step further by making this a wedding guest game. Much like “I Spy,” you can create a sort-of scavenger hunt checklist of photo ops for your guests to capture.
For instance, a group shot of their dinner table, a photo with the happy couple, a picture of a guest going ham on the dance floor, or a shot of the wedding cake slicing.
This is an awesome opportunity for brides and grooms to include photo ideas that they love. Plus, it really gets your guests motivated and having fun since the object of the game is to “check the boxes” and complete the list.
Simply include a copy of the list on each table alongside the cameras at your reception, and watch as everyone starts snapping away!
Then, after your wedding day, you and your new spouse will get some serious laughs once the pictures develop, and you get to see what your loved ones captured on film.
