Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Remove the corned beef from the packaging (do not rinse) and place it in a baking dish. Pour in the bottle of sprite. 3. Cover with parchment and foil and place in the oven for 2 ½ – 3 hours until tender. 4. Allow to cool 5. Make the Russian dressing by combining the listed ingredients in a bowl and stirring well. 6. Heat a skillet over medium/low heat. 7. Place the tortillas in the skillet and heat one side for 20 seconds. 8. Flip the tortillas and place a slice of Swiss on each tortilla.
