Her Daughter Announced That She Is Pregnant Again And Will Likely Drop Out Of College For The Second Time, So She Told Her Daughter To Get Her Act Together

This woman has two daughters. Her youngest, Bethany, is 24-years-old and reportedly has her life together. Bethany also recently landed a new, great job.
On the other hand, her eldest 24-year-old daughter Abby does not have it together. She detailed how Abby dropped out of college at just 19 before becoming pregnant.
Then, the father of Abby’s child sadly left, and Abby never went after the father for child support– even though she urged her daughter to do so.
So, ever since her eldest started trying to get back on track, she has been a massive part of Abby’s life.
By the time Abby turned 23, they both decided that her daughter needed to head back to school. After all, Abby was unable to support herself and the baby while working as a waiter.
“The whole time, I was the free babysitter, basically raising the kid,” she recalled.
But, with just one year left of college, she claimed that Abby messed up again. All of a sudden, her daughter got pregnant with a second baby and will likely drop out of school for a second time.
After Abby told her the news, she couldn’t believe her ears, either. Instead, she actually asked if her daughter was joking.
Abby just got defensive, though, and acted clueless about her negative response.

“But I told her that she needs to get her [stuff] together,” she revealed.
This ultimately caused a large argument, in which Abby called her a jerk before storming off.
However, she admitted to simply being exhausted right now, and she does not really want to raise a second child for her daughter.
After all, she already feels like a single parent since Abby is at school all day, her husband is often away on work trips, and she no longer feels young enough to juggle everything.
“I’m just tired. I don’t think I could physically handle a baby and an energetic toddler,” she vented.
“But I’m worried if I step down, the kids won’t be cared for. I know Abby has good savings, so they could get an apartment, but I’m unsure she can afford childcare.”
That’s why she has since come up with a plan that she intends to lay out for Abby this evening.
If her daughter does decide to have the baby, then she’s only going to allow Abby to live at her home if Abby stays in school.
Additionally, her daughter will have to go to court and get child support for both children.
Finally, she will only agree to babysit the kids twice each week and extra in the event of a real emergency.
“If she needs me to babysit more, she needs to pay, and it will be the cost of the average babysitter where I live. She needs to provide all the baby’s stuff, too. I’m not paying,” she added.
And she’s going to make it clear that if her daughter plans to drop out of school again, then Abby will have to move out of the house and figure it out on her own.
What do you think about the options she intends to give Abby? Does it sound fair, given the time and sacrifices she has already made to help her daughter? How do you think Abby might react?
