Luke’s family is pleading for people who may have any speck of information on his sudden vanishing to come forward and contact authorities, believing that someone somewhere must know something about what happened to him.
At the time of Luke’s disappearance, he was five foot six, weighed around 160 pounds, and had brown hair, brown eyes, and a dark brown beard. He also had forearm tattoos that read ‘Carter’ and ‘Emilia.’ He would be 32 years old today.
