There are only five ingredients, so you’ll barely break a sweat. Compared to the heaviness of cornbread, corn soufflé is of a lighter, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can of creamed corn
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 box of Jiffy
  • 1/2 stick of butter, melted

Directions:

In a bowl, pour in a can of corn, a can of creamed corn, one cup of sour cream, half a stick of butter, and a box of Jiffy. Then, mix the ingredients together.

Next, pour the mixture into a large baking dish. Make sure you grease the pan beforehand. Bake the soufflé at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for forty-five minutes.
