Ian Fleming 007 Special Edition Sony Reader Digital Book is the Anti Kindle

007ebookreader 300x224 Ian Fleming 007 Special Edition Sony Reader Digital Book is the Anti Kindle

While everyone gets all excited about the new kindle from Amazon, you can be a rebel instead of a follower and get the Ian Fleming Special Edition Reader at Sony. For those who actually like to read the books that James Bond’s Daddy wrote you can take advantage of this collectible that will come loaded with a download code for 2 free Ian Fleming ebooks. The reader itself has a beige suede cover with embossed ’007′ on it and retails for $299.

007 would probably never be caught reading a book or taking a break unless accompanied by a lovely lady. But its nice to see that the books are getting honored rightfully.

So this is a competitor of the Kindle? But it only has Fleming on it? That doesn’t seem like much of a competition… If it only features Fleming what is the point of paying so much? I guess if you could download other book it makes it a cheaper bet than the $359 Kindle. I’m still not a fan of these e-readers- the price, limited features- this video tries to say it will ‘revolutionize’ reading, but it just convinced me more not to buy http://www.newsy.com/videos/kindle_2_reading_revolution/.

Danielle, obviously you can read more books on it than just the two by Fleming. It’s not just a digital version of two books that sells for $300. Goodness.

It doesn’t only hold Ian Fleming, those are free with it, as is $100 credit for other books.
