jabra extreme headset 300x300 CES 2010: Jabra EXTREME Bluetooth Headset Boasts Best Noise ReductionJabra has just announced the EXTREME, a Bluetooth headset which they claim will have the best sound quality yet, and that is combined with their new Noise Blackout Extreme feature. Noise blackout extreme uses two microphones combined with DSP (Digital Sound Processing -*tech acronym of the day*) and automatic volume control to dramatically enhances call quality. The EXTREME provides twice as much background noise reduction (24 decibels) as their previous headsets (12 decibels). EXTREME comes with two different sized rotatable ear hooks they call Ultimate-fit Eargels. This is a unique new earpiece that is contoured to fit the ear perfectly, guaranteeing superior comfort for all day use. The EXTREME will hit the market in January for $79.99.
