Pioneer DJ and VH1 Save the Music Show Off Celeb Designed Turntables
Last night Pioneer DJ hosted an event that put on display their contribution to the VH1 Save the Music Foundation. Over the last 15 years Pioneer DJ products have been the go-to equipment for professional DJ’s worldwide and now they are being used as the canvas for one-of-a-kind celebrity designed art pieces for the fundraising program called Art Mix created by Pioneer DJ. Artists, DJ’s, and designers were given the Pioneer CDJ-2000 digital music player to create their own piece of art. The one-of-a-kind pieces will be exhibited all around the country this summer, and then they will be eventually auctioned off online, with proceeds going to the VH1 Save the Music Foundation.
The celebrities who participated for the cause are:
Tommy Lee and DJ Aero
The Crystal Method
Take a gander at some of the beautifully created pieces we spotted last night from the event – heck, there is even one made out of LEGO by Jesse Graves! These beautiful pieces of equipment are truly unique and original, and they will definitely make you want to bid on at least one of them when they hit the auction block later this summer.
