Ed Hardy Dips its Tattooed Toe Into the Headphone Market

I guess anyone can slap their name on a pair of headphones these days. Just when you thought (and hoped that) they went away, Ed Hardy is back at it again sticking its glorious imagery on something new, and this time it’s audio equipment.  For those souls who still sport the Hardy look and think they are still cool, I for one applaud your bravery.

Ed Hardy has debuted two pairs of over-ear headphones and three pairs of in-ear headphones. The quality of this audio gear looks far from stellar, but they do sport the iconic tiger and skull/bones imagery Ed Hardy is well known for. The Ed Hardy Tiger Stereo and Skull and Bones Stereo Headphones retail for $66 and the in-ear headphones retail for $29. The over-ear headphones are certainly overpriced for just the quality alone, but the in-ear headphones are actually on par for what they are.
