Droid rages on at CES 2012 with two new additions to the lineup for Verizon. The Droid RAZR adds a third color to the already existing black and white options with purple. It is still equipped with the 4G LTE network speeds and the same features as before. The second addition is the Droid RAZR MAXX by Motorola. It is like a RAZR on steroids. It can handle up to 21 hours talk time on a single charge, all the while at the incredibly thin 8.99 mm.
The Droid RAZR in Purple goes for $199.99 with a new two year agreement, and the Droid RAZR MAXX for 299.99 with the same plan. Available in the coming weeks at Verizon.
Also announced is two new Droid XYBOARD tablets by Motorola. Both utilize the very fast 4G LTE network as well as a dual core 1.2GHz processor. It comes in two sizes- either 10.1 or 8.2. That’s about all the details we were given on that one, but we are looking forward to more.
