There are a dozen different figurines available, judging from the series one set of figurines on sale. Each individual piece will be a limited edition item with a run of 300 made. Of course, these are just tributes – no actual cartridges were harmed in the making, which is a good thing, because I think most gamers of the NES era would be loathe to own something that ruined a perfectly good NES cartridge.
I’m not sure what they’re going for with Super Nightmare Princess (pictured above), unless they’re creating an alternate universe Princess Peach. The other figurines are more recognizable takes on classic NES titles, like “Double Kraken,” “Knock-Out!” and “Monkey Kong.”
Each 10-Doh! vinyl figurine is selling for about $30, except for a gold-colored “Warning Asian!” (I have no idea what that’s supposed to be based on), which is selling for $50.
