After Jenelle Evans gave birth to her son Jace on “16 and Pregnant”, she was picked to appear on a brand new show called “Teen Mom”. That, my reality TV-loving friends, was the beginning of her trajectory to fame.
For the past 10 years, Jenelle has been on camera and we’ve all been able to take a good hard look at her life as we watch along eagerly. That is, until now. Jenelle Evans has been officially kicked off “Teen Mom” and won’t be appearing anymore. We know it’s been hard to follow along with all the drama as it unfolds off-screen, but we have the scoop.
Here’s everything you need to know about this reality star mom and everything that led up to her getting kicked off the show that made her. We’re also going to hear what the other “Teen Mom” moms have to say about her and everything that has happened. Buckle your seatbelts, because it’s about to get bumpy.

If you’re also a devout “Teen Mom 2” watcher, you already know Jenelle has probably had the roughest time on the show. At least we vote so.
When Jace was just a year old, she signed custody of him over to her mom, Barbara. 7 years later, Barbara was granted full custody of Jace, and Jenelle could only have visitation with her son. Things are already off to a rough start.

Over the course of the show’s 10 years, we’ve gotten a front row seat to all of Jenelle’s messy relationships (including with Barbara, as she battled her constantly for custody) and some more than unsavory guys she picked for herself. Andrew was the first, but he was not the last. We watched her date train wreck Kieffer, then get engaged and then un-engaged to Gary Head (the military guy who she ended up getting a matching mugshot with).
Next, Jenelle actually went through with a marriage to Courtland Rogers (whom she credits with her heroin addiction…she also got an abortion while she was married to him).
From there, she moved on to Nathan Griffith (forever our fav) and the two had their son Kaiser together, whom they call Kai for short. Alright, although the two fought a ton during their time together on the show, at least Nathan totally has it together and really cares about his son.
Speaking to Us Weekly, Jenelle said, “The hardest moment for this season would have to be me and Nathan not getting along and him moving on to somebody else. That was just really hard for me to deal with, trying to co-parent with him but not hold a grudge against him and keep him away from my son at the same time.”
Fast forward to 2015, and Jenelle had found herself a new man. David Eason.

She found him on Tinder, and on September 22nd she made their relationship Instagram official, introducing him to her followers.
David already came with two children of his own: daughter Maryssa Rose and son Kaden.
August 2016, Jenelle announced on social media that she is indeed pregnant. Along with the photo announcing her pregnancy, she wrote, “Time to introduce the world to our baby girl soon, Ensley Jolie Eason. She will be arriving Jan. 28th. We couldn’t be any happier! @uncledave01.”

She then told US Weekly, “He’s financially stable and emotionally stable.”
“And he’s a great support system for me, and I need that in my life.”
Ah, famous last words. It turns out, we would all come to learn (and see with our very own eyes) that David was, well, anything but stable. Definitely not emotionally. Definitely not financially.

He famously ranted at a fan on Twitter who called him out for seemingly not having a job, “I don’t have what you would call a ‘job’, I’m an investor and business owner but that’s none of your busienss, is it?”

Yes, he can’t even spell business. More fans weighed in and he added, “the land and everything else is paid for. You have no idea what kind of money I make.”
Chances are good you would not be living in the middle of nowhere North Carolina if you had all the money you claimed to have there, David.
Anyway, our point is he pretty quickly started ranting away on social media after being introduced to us all. David Eason really was the beginning of the end for Jenelle, even though she definitely doesn’t see it yet.
From attacking people who comment on his beard, to body shaming fellow “Teen Mom” star Kailyn Lowry, we can’t even keep track of all the times he’s gone off the deep end on social media. But then, it started creeping into real life. David started getting out of control in the real world, too.

But first, he got himself fired from “Teen Mom 2” by going nuts on Twitter and posting a ton of anti-LGBTQ comments. Jenelle claimed that he just didn’t really understand how to use social media and that’s how he ended up being homophobic. Right.

Jenelle told TMZ, “David didn’t understand how offensive people would get or how Twitter even works. Now that he realizes his voice is very strong within media/tabloids he has deactivated his account. He agrees he will keep his comments to himself from now on.”
“David doesn’t hate people from the LGBT community. My old manager was gay and used to be one of me and Davids close friends.”
“We attended Farrah’s birthday in Miami with a lot of LGBT people there and he didn’t act in any type of way. We went had a good time and left. We are sorry for the comments that were made.”
Anyway, after denying all over the internet that he was indeed fired from the show, MTV released their own statement about everything to People.
“David Eason’s personal comments do not reflect the views of MTV.”
“With six weeks left of production on Teen Mom 2, effective immediately, we are ending our relationship with him.”

Oh, and David did not keep his comments to himself.
He also tried his hardest to ruining “Teen Mom 2” filming for Jenelle in what we can only assume was an attempt to ruin things for MTV. Well, that backfired.

David threatened to show up while MTV filmed Jenelle in the most recent season, and we got to watch as they had to shut everything down several times over his threats.
Let’s also just take a minute to consider the fact that Jenelle collects a paycheck for being on “Teen Mom 2” that is six figures a year. On top of that, she has endorsement deals she benefits off of by being a reality TV show star.
David apparently didn’t care, and clearly didn’t consider the fact that he was affecting Jenelle’s career, in addition to the money he definitely benefits from.

And then this past fall, MTV released an episode where we all got to hear Jenelle’s 911 call. Speaking to the 911 operator, Jenelle can be heard crying hysterically and saying that her husband David “pinned” her down to the ground and started hurting her.
She claimed to be injured and that he had pushed on her so hard that she heard her “collarbone crack.”

Well, none of us were really surprised by that 911 call. We have been suspecting all along that he’s abusive to her, and potentially all the children in their home too.
Jenelle took a leave from social media strangely after all this. She claimed she needed a break from all of the hate and whatever else.
But then she released a YouTube video denying that David was abusive and saying the whole 911 call and everything that happened between the two of them was just a “misunderstanding.”
Jenelle said on YouTube, “Everything’s fine. You know, I’ve been in so many domestic violence situations in the past that I would not put up with it now. So I don’t know why you guys would think that I would continue to stay in this relationship if I was being abused.”
She then insisted that was really what was going on with her marriage, saying, “I’ve always been an open book to every single one of my fans and my haters. Whether you guys hate it, whether you guys like it.”

Well…none of us bought it. It’s pretty serious to call up 911, let alone call up 911 crying, let alone call up 911 crying and saying your husband attacked and hurt you and you’re afraid for your safety and that of the children in your home.
Getting back to the most recent season that aired, MTV told Jenelle that she was going to have to travel out of town to film. Makes sense to us. It’s harder for him to follow her around like that if she’s not close to home!
When this latest season ended, the final episode was Jenelle complaining to MTV producers on a conference call that she isn’t going to pick the show over her marriage and that David is upset that she has to now travel to film.

It really sounded like she wanted to stop being on “Teen Mom” and it really is all because David couldn’t keep himself together in the first place. He literally ruined everything she had.
We were all left wondering if this really was going to be the end of her, and then things blew up on social media in a way none of us ever could have imagined.
David shot and killed Jenelle’s french bulldog Nugget.
And then he posted all over social media about it. Like he was proud to have killed a poor, defenseless animal.
When Jenelle first posted on Instagram about Nugget’s death, she didn’t say what happened. “Nugget … I’m crying every day. I love you so much and I’m so sorry. I’m speechless,” she wrote. Well, we were all left wondering what the heck caused his death, and David quickly made his own Instagram video to fill us all in.

“I dont [sic] give a damn what animal bites my baby on the face,” David said on Instagram. “Whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I dont [sic] put up with that sh*t at all. I’m all about protecting my family, it is my lifes [sic] mission. Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me.”

David…there is no such thing as having to defend yourself and your family from a tiny goddamn dog. People took to social media outraged that this happened, and eventually, MTV decided to finally cut ties with Jenelle. But not before people reached out to all their advertisers to let them know what happened, and MTV lost several over what David so cruelly did to Nugget.
There is also currently an investigation into David for animal cruelty and abuse, and to top everything off? Janelle’s three kids have been taken away from her at this time and CPS is investigating. Jenelle and David have already gone to court four different times to try to get them back, but that has yet to happen.
On her podcast, Leah Messer said she wasn’t surprised that Jenelle’s kids have been taken away. “I think that what happened was coming,” Leah revealed. “I really pray and hope that the kids remain safe and, you know, have a healthy life.”
Kailyn Lowry got on Instagram to explain how she felt about everything, saying, “I have refrained from commenting on the disturbing situation involving David Eason and Jenelle Evans while I wrapped my head around the murder of Nugget. To say I am disgusted and appalled over David’s actions doesn’t begin to touch on my true feelings.”

Amber Portwood took to Twitter to say what she thought. “Omg I can’t even read anymore details about this horrible incident that happened to Janelles poor dog! Ugh😰 heartbroken seriously…I hope she makes the right decision.”

A 57-year-old real estate agent named Sandra Britt filed charges against David in January of this year. Sandra said David pulled a gun on her and threatened to shoot, and we can’t say we’re surprised.
Sandra also said when she went to the police about him, they told her they were already well aware of David and his terrorizing actions. Apparently he had already been going around the county doing bad things to people and threatening them. Again, not surprised.
