Her date immediately sounded disappointed. He asked her if he could walk her back to her room, implying that he didn’t want the night to end there. This clearly made Talisa uncomfortable.
Trying to let him down gently, Talisa explained that she wasn’t sure if he would be permitted to go up to her room. However, she still mentioned that she appreciated him buying her dinner.
“Oh, I get it,” he responded in a nasty tone. “A man pays for your dinner and…”
Talisa tried reassuring him that she wasn’t trying to take advantage of him but also wanted to let him know that she does not sleep with people after the first date.
“You just wanted a free meal,” he tells her.
Talisa goes off on her date, telling him that she knows he was trying to get her to sleep with him the entire night and that she is more than capable of paying her own bill. That’s when he tells her to go on and pay for it. Funny how quickly a person’s attitude can change when they don’t get what they want!
