This woman openly admits that she was not a very good person when she was in high school. Apparently, she and her friends were a part of their own “little clique.” And together, they were not very nice to some other classmates.

After graduating high school, though, she and her friends went their own separate ways. She attempted to go to college but realized that higher education just was not for her.

So, she ultimately landed a job at a car dealership and worked her way up to selling the vehicles.

“I’m pretty good at it, so I make a good living,” she said.

Her younger brother, on the other hand, reportedly excelled when he went to college. And she believes that he has a bright future ahead of him.

Upon graduation, her brother started working in the city. At the same time, he also joined a club for recent graduates of his university.

And while attending a club meeting one day, her brother ultimately ran into a girl who she used to bully in high school.

On top of that, even though her brother is a few years younger than the girl, the pair actually hit it off and eventually started dating.

Now, she does not think that the girl recognized her brother was, well, her brother. He, too, had no idea about the bullying– and simply liked how he and the girl grew up in the same hometown.

Anyway, the couple has now reached “that” stage in their relationship where they meet each other’s families. So, for Christmas, her brother decided to bring his new girlfriend home.

And according to her, the girl recognized her immediately. She, on the other hand, did not realize who her boyfriend’s new girlfriend really was.

“I guess she got past the ugly duckling part of growing up,” she noted.

“She is very physically attractive. She is also doing well in life.”

So, she did not realize they actually knew each other until they spoke following dinner. At that point, the girl reportedly asked if she honestly did not remember what had happened between them.

Then, once she claimed she had no idea, the girl reminded her of all the ways she used to be a bully. Afterward, she reportedly felt sick to her stomach.

She also immediately apologized to the girl for everything she had done as a teenager. She claimed that she had definitely been a jerk as a kid. But she said that she had grown up a lot since then.

Thankfully, her brother’s girlfriend was glad to hear that. The girl also accepted her apology, and they moved on from the topic.

More recently, though, she got engaged and decided to send out her wedding invitations. After her brother RSVP’d, though, she was pretty shocked.

Apparently, he decided to take his new girlfriend as his plus one.

“So I guess she never mentioned me,” she realized.

Now, she is not very happy with the idea of her old classmate being at her wedding for a few reasons. First, she knows that a bunch of her old friends– who also used to bully the girl– will be at the wedding, too. So, she does not want anything to happen.

Second, she admitted to finding it “shady” that the girl forgave her but never brought up their past with her brother.

So now, she honestly wants to ask her brother not to bring his new girlfriend to the wedding. But she isn’t sure if that would make her a total jerk or not.

Do you think it was really shady of her brother’s girlfriend not to spill the beans about the bullying? Or was the girl actually helping her out by keeping that a secret? Does it sound like she has a good reason not to want the girl at her wedding or not? If you were in her shoes, what would you do?
