When she confronted Cameron about this, he said that he was allergic to dogs and that Sammy makes weird noises in his sleep. These were odd excuses, especially considering that his dog isn’t hypoallergenic herself.
They were discussing this late at night, and she could tell they were both tired, so she said she could either sleep on the couch near Sammy or keep their bedroom door open for the dogs that night.
He did not like either suggestion and ended up leaving their room to sleep in the guest room.
