He Decided To Quietly Change His Will And Decrease His Wife’ Inheritance Without Telling Her Because She Kicked Him Out Of The Delivery Room While Having Their Baby

While he acknowledged that his wife probably has some love for him deep down, he doesn’t believe that she has ever been in love with him in the way he has always been deeply in love with her.

“If I died tomorrow, I don’t know if it would take her very long to move on. I live in a state where the right to an elective share is 25% of separate property,” he shared.

He and his wife don’t have a prenup, so if he passed away, his wife would have the right to 25% of his property, even if he took her out of his will.

Now, he has come to the decision to change his will and give his wife 30% of his property (previously, he was going to leave her 100% of it). He will also leave her 100% of their shared property.

He will leave his remaining property, assets, and heirlooms to his children and other members of his family.

Do you think he was wrong to change his will after his wife kicked him out of the delivery room?
