What is your favorite aspect of the brand or product line?

Design is my passion, so coming up with new products and designs is what makes me happiest.

What do you aim to accomplish in the next year?

My main goal is always to put out a quality product that has meaning and that people connect with.

What’s the most difficult part of being an entrepreneur?

There’s no job description to guide you when your building your brand you are literally “writing the job description” sometimes you will feel like you don’t know what the hell you are doing.

I still have those days.

What advice do you have for other women that would like to start their own company?

Make sure you’re passionate about what you’re doing. It will require you to rise to every challenge and you will probably work harder at this than any other thing you’ve done.

You will want to quit – DON’T.

Why and how did you end up an entrepreneur? Was it a path you always envisioned pursuing?

It wasn’t a plan at all.

I have a degree in Human Resources and at the time I was Direct of HR for a Consumer Product Laboratory.  It developed organically from a hobby.
