She Was Found Brutally Murdered In Her Boyfriend’s Own Bed And After 14 Years Nobody Knows Who Did This To Her
Winnsboro, Texas. 19-year-old Brittany McGlone graduated from Winnsboro High School in 2006.
Brittany’s loved ones say that she was just an amazing person who went out of her way to do nice things for other people.
She was a sweetheart, she was an outstanding friend, and she was close to her siblings.
After her graduation, Brittany began working two jobs and decided to take a year off before she headed to college.
One of her jobs was working for Lowe’s in a distribution center, and the other job she held was with a company called Alco.
When working overnight shifts at Lowe’s, Brittany always texted her mom Patricia every single night to make sure that she was alright.
Brittany’s real dream though was getting to become a nurse one day, but she sadly never got to fulfill that dream or any of the ones that she had.
On May 4th, 2007, Brittany was found brutally murdered in her boyfriend’s own bed, and after 14 years, nobody knows who did this to her.

The night before Brittany was murdered, she was working an overnight shift at the Lowe’s distribution center where she worked. The following morning when she got off her shift, she then headed over to her boyfriend’s home.
Normally, Brittany would complete her late shifts and then go straight to the house that she shared with her family to shower and get some sleep, but for some reason, that fateful day was different.
At approximately 7 am on May 4th, Brittany made it to her boyfriend’s house and then fell asleep in his bed not long after she got there.
While Brittany was fast asleep, her boyfriend and his family left their home to go about their daily lives.
The mom of Brittany’s boyfriend was working when Brittany was murdered, and the siblings of Brittany’s boyfriend had all been at school.
As for Brittany’s boyfriend and his dad? They had traveled to the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport so they could get a relative who was flying in. Their cellphone data and video surveillance confirmed their whereabouts.
At approximately 2:30 that afternoon, Brittany’s boyfriend called her mom Patricia wondering if Brittany was doing something with her.
“Patricia was surprised and stated, “No! She is supposed to be with you.” and immediately called Brittany,” a change.org petition for Brittany explained.
“It went straight to voicemail. Patricia was even more alarmed, as Brittany always answered her phone.”
“Patricia states she called the boyfriend back, and he told her Brittany was sleeping.”
But when Brittany’s boyfriend arrived back at his house, he found that Brittany had been brutally murdered in his bed.
It was later learned that Brittany’s killer had sexually assaulted her and then beat her so badly that she died due to massive trauma to her head.
The Medical Examiner who performed the autopsy on Brittany believed that she had died sometime between 8:30 that morning and 3:30 that afternoon.
Brittany’s boyfriend all of the members of his family who lived in the home were all cleared of any connection to her murder.
So who did this to Brittany?
That’s a question Brittany’s family is hoping to be able to solve soon, and they’ve already had to heartbreakingly wait 14 long years.
They even created a Facebook page to get justice for her and raise awareness about her case.
