He Asked His Fiancée To Leave After She Freaked Out On His Daughter’s Boyfriend And Kicked Him Out Of The House, But His Fiancée Thought The Request Was Ridiculous
This man is currently engaged, and in preparation for the nuptials, his fiancée recently moved in with him and his sixteen-year-old daughter.
And ever since then, he has been working to inform his fiancée about his and his daughter’s routines, as well as share everything they do around the house.
Unfortunately, though, he forgot to tell his fiancée about his daughter’s boyfriend– who always goes over to their house every Tuesday and Thursday.
“Basically, he [his daughter’s boyfriend] has basketball, I pick him and my daughter up from school, drop them both off, and they walk back to the house together because I have to go back to work,” he explained.
However, his fiancée did know that his daughter had a boyfriend– they just simply had not met yet or established that he would be over at the house every week.
And just last week, this became a massive issue that resulted in his fiancée completely freaking out on his daughter’s boyfriend.
It all began after he dropped the teens off from school and went back to work. While he was out, they sat down on the couch, watched a show in the living room, and ended up falling asleep.
Everything was all fine and normal, though, until his fiancée walked in and went crazy. She apparently ripped the covers off of his daughter and her boyfriend and told the boyfriend to get the hell out before she called the cops.
“She then grabbed my daughter from her spot and started accusing [my daughter’s boyfriend] of doing things not consensually,” he recalled.
Plus, even after his daughter told his fiancée that he was her boyfriend, his fiancée would not hear it. In fact, she just accused his daughter of trying to “cover” for the teen boy before throwing his daughter’s boyfriend out of the house without allowing him to grab any of his belongings. And the whole time, his fiancée threw insults at him about his appearance.
So, if you cannot imagine, his daughter was beyond pissed off and told him what happened later that night.
And since he has a camera in his living room for surveillance purposes– that his daughter reportedly knew about– they reviewed the footage, and he realized that his daughter was telling the truth.
Anyway, he became furious and ended up confronting his fiancée about what happened. To his total shock, though, his fiancée tried to blame the situation on him and claimed it was his fault since he never informed her a teen boy would be coming over.
Still, he told his fiancée that she should have stopped once his daughter told her to. Plus, at the very least, he noted how his fiancée should have “read the room.”
“If my daughter was covering up for him, does my fiancée really think they would be in the living room? With a camera? And not at all trying to hide him anywhere when they heard my fiancée come in?” he asked.
So, he ultimately told his fiancée that she handled the entire situation with “ridiculous” immaturity and acted way too impulsively.
Then, when his fiancée tried to say that she was just looking out for his daughter, he pointed out how he grabbed, accused, and verbally assaulted an innocent teen boy in the process.
The drama was far from over, though, because after his fiancée kicked out his daughter’s boyfriend, the boyfriend’s family heard about the whole ordeal and was appalled.
In turn, they wanted to go over to his house to discuss everything, and they specifically requested that his fiancée not be present during the conversation.
That meant that he was forced to ask his fiancée to leave while the boyfriend’s parents came over.
Otherwise, he would just meet the parents at a spot halfway between their houses. Well, his fiancée was completely pissed off by his request.
In fact, she claimed that he was kicking her out and that by even proposing the question, she was put on the spot and forced to say yes.
So now, amidst dealing with his daughter and her boyfriend’s upset, he has also been left wondering if asking his fiancée to briefly leave the house was the wrong way to handle the situation.
Why do you think his fiancée freaked out so badly? Even if there was a miscommunication about schedules, do you think his fiancée should have stopped after his daughter told her to? If you had been in his shoes, would you have asked your fiancée to leave the house also?
