She Planned On Hiding All Daughter’s Non-Girly Clothes As Punishment Since She Refused To Wear A Dress
This mom had a strong reaction to finding her daughter’s more feminine clothing hidden in a basket, and many people agree that the child was undeserving of the harsh punishment she was given.
At the start of the video, the mother is in her daughter’s room, explaining how she recently found all of her daughter’s “nice decent dresses” and “anything remotely girly” hidden inside a hamper.
The mom then starts explaining a recent disagreement between her and her daughter about what to wear to school one day.
All of the girls in her class were going to wear dresses, and this mother expected her daughter to do the same.
“She hates dresses,” the mom says. “But you know what? There are certain times when you need to dress like a girl, and you need to dress decent and not like a homeless child.”
She then proceeds to tell the world her plan to punish her daughter for her behavior, which, to her, was unacceptable.
The mother says she is going to remove all of the clothes from her daughter’s closet, put them into a suitcase, and then into her own closet.
All of the clothes that the girl had hidden would be hung up in the closet instead and be her only clothing option for the coming weeks.
The mom even laughed in her video, looking forward to seeing her daughter’s reaction, knowing full well that she would be upset the next time she looked into her closet.

The mother was so focused on the fact that her daughter hid things from her that she did not care at all to get down to the reason why.
She proceeded to tell her viewers to stay tuned, promising a part two video where the daughter’s reaction to the closet of her nightmares would be shared.
However, due to viewers’ rightfully concerned and angry comments, the mother has since deleted her entire TikTok account.
Unshockingly, this mom received a lot of backlash from her words and actions towards her daughter for something as simple as not wanting to wear dresses.
She clearly does not understand that dressing nice does not automatically mean wearing frilly dresses and that she could have easily taken her daughter shopping to find clothes that she felt more comfortable in.
It’s almost like this mom was more concerned about what her daughter looked like compared to the other girls in her class rather than allowing her daughter the opportunity to express herself and be more comfortable with herself.
Many people mentioned that her child could have body image issues, in which case the mother is directly taking away the only clothes that help her to feel comfortable in her own skin.
Although the original video has been taken down, discussions are still taking place in the comments on the reposted video from TikTok user @1forallx2forone.
“She’s basically saying my kid is showing individuality, and I can’t have that. WTH,” one commenter says.
“Why can’t she expect that her child HAS BOUNDARIES,” another person comments.
“My daughter hid clothes & said they hurt because they poked or felt itchy…it was a sensory thing. I donated them & took her shopping,” another mother shares.
Hopefully, the responses that she has received will cause the mother to rethink her choices about her daughter’s wardrobe.
