He Started Sleeping With A Coworker But Didn’t Know She Was Married, So After He Found Out, He Contacted Her Husband And Exposed Their Affair

This 52-year-old man is a construction worker, and three months ago, the company he works for started projects at a school. He met Jane, 56, who works as a business manager and was the project manager.
The project went smoothly, and he and Jane flirted a bit, but he was respectful and didn’t cross the line since she was a work colleague and one of his company’s clients.
In January, he and Jane walked through the finished project to do a final inspection, and she asked him if he’d be interested in getting coffee at a place next door. He agreed, and they sat at a table at the coffee shop and talked.
While they chatted, Jane invited him to be her plus one to a work function for her job that Saturday night, and he happily accepted her invitation. During their coffee date, he thought about how good-looking Jane was. She came up with the plan for him to meet her at her place, and they’d take an Uber to the event, adding that they could have drinks at the event.
As planned, he arrived at Jane’s place on Saturday night, and they took an Uber to the event, where they had a blast together. They slow danced and flirted all night, and after taking an Uber back to Jane’s, she asked if he wanted to come in.
“She then excused herself to get changed and came back out, wearing a semi-see-through robe, and sat next to me on the couch,” he said.
Only seconds later, they started kissing and hooked up. He spent the night, and the next morning, he felt great and was excited to hopefully develop a relationship with Jane. A week after their first hookup, Jane invited him to spend the weekend at her place, and he agreed.
During the weekend, they spent almost the entire time hooking up. The only time they weren’t sleeping together was when they were eating. He was so happy.
“During the following week, I called her up and asked if she wanted to spend the weekend at my place. Her response was not what I was expecting. She said her HUSBAND is back from a business trip to China, and she can’t this weekend,” he explained.

He was stunned, and Jane mentioned the fact that she was married so casually and as if it wasn’t important.
After she dropped this bombshell, he explained that he refused to date people who were already in relationships, so he didn’t want to hang out with her again. Once he hung up, he was still so furious because he despised people who had affairs.
“I looked up her husband on Facebook and sent him a direct message through Messenger explaining what happened,” he shared.
Two days after he sent the message to Jane’s husband, she called him several times, and he didn’t answer. Then, she bombarded him with text messages, saying he was a jerk.
She claimed he was out of line for telling her husband that she’d cheated, adding that she thought he was cruel for destroying her marriage.
He texted Jane back and said that he hated people who are unfaithful to their partners, and he wouldn’t have flirted or gone out with her if he’d known she was married. Later, he texted her that her husband had the right to know about her affair.
After the argument, he updated his boss so that he was in the loop in case the drama was mentioned later on.
He told his friends about the situation, and some of them thought it was a good decision for him to message Jane’s husbands, pointing out that if they were in her husband’s shoes, they’d hope someone would tell them.
His other friends thought it wasn’t his place to tell her husband, and his boss felt this way, too.
What would you have done if you were in his shoes?
