Beatbox iPod Dock Will Sound Like Dr. Dre is Singing in Your Face

So it was only a matter of time for Monster and Beats by Dr. Dre to venture into something other than another pair of in-ear speakers or headphones. Beatbox is a new high-performance iPod dock that has the style of the Beats by Dr. Dre brand we have all grown to love from the Monster and Dr. Dre  collaboration. The Beatbox is designed to handle the intense low end detail and other rigorous sound phonics of Hip-Hop, Pop, etc. Beatbox features 200 watts of digital amplification, proprietary dual 5.25-inch long throw bass drivers, and two 2-inch concave high frequency drivers for precise sound-staging. The folks over at Monster and Beats by Dr. Dre claim that no other iPod Dock on the market sounds this good.  There will also be a Beatbox IR remote for iPod that includes a volume control, and a mini AUX input for additional music sources. The Monster Beatbox will retail for $399.
