Jays AB’s headphones just got a little more useful for smartphone owners everywhere. The a-JAYS One+ headphones build on the high sound and bass quality of their predecessors, adding a touch button to switch between music and phone modes. The touch button also contains a mic, similar to the push-button headphones that come with the iPhone. The very sleek, comfortable anti-tangle design returns – for anyone who hasn’t experienced tangle-free headphones, they really are a joy compared to the frustration regular headphones cause sometimes.
As an added bonus, Android phone owners will get a free app along with their headphones, which allows for quick control over volume, song selection, and track skipping, among other features. It’s probably not necessary, but it’s a free app, so you might as well give it a look. Regardless of whether or not you use the app, if you’re looking for stylish headphones that aren’t a hassle to wear, the a-JAYS line is going to be music to your ears. The a-JAYS One+ headphones will sell for about $50 when they hit stores sometime during Q4 of 2011.
