Windows Phone App of the Week: InstaCam – Like Instagram, But Not Quite

04382362 fecc 42cf b2fe f06725c432eb 304x508 Windows Phone App of the Week: InstaCam – Like Instagram, But Not QuiteInstaCam is an unofficial Instagram client for Windows Phones, and unfortunately, that means it’s very limited in what you can do with it. Users can view other Instagram pictures with or without an account, search photos by tag, and follow other users. The app does include seven filters, including two exclusive filters, that users can apply to edit their own photos, but they cannot upload those photos to Instagram from within the app. If you need something for a quick browse around Instagram, and you’re for whatever reason opposed to getting an account, you can try out InstaCam for free. That said, as a photo editor app, it’s severely lacking. It’s hard to justify the download.

InstaCam is available now for free from the Windows Phone Marketplace.
