Misfit Fitness Trackers and Smartwatches Can Now Be Customized Before Buying Them

M.Y. Misfit is sort of like the brand’s own Moto Maker.

Want to add a little personal flair to a Misfit wearable before copping one? The fashion-forward tech brand is making it possible thanks to M.Y. Misfit, a new customization tool that lets you mix and match parts and colors for several of their products.

As of now, the Phase hybrid smartwatch, Ray fitness band, and Shine 2 fitness tracker can all be customized, with the new Vapor smartwatch expected to be added to the tool in the near future. For the most part, you’re mixing and matching colors between the band and the device, but you do have the option to select the material of the band, too.

Options will depend on the device. The Phase watch and Shine 2 tracker have metallic colors available on the device, with your choice of nylon, silicone, and leather on the band, each with their own set of color options. The Ray band adds some pretty alternate band options on top of those, including a leather double wrap bracelet and a nylon bracelet with tassels.

Prices start at $80 for the Shine 2 or Ray and $150 for the Phase, but those prices could increase depending on the band chosen. Misfit says to expect the Vapor smartwatch to make it to M.Y. Misfit later this year, and that they’ll be adding more color and band options in the meantime.
