Her Ex-Husband’s Girlfriend Asked To Wear Her Wedding Dress To Marry Her Ex
A 35-year-old woman got divorced from her now-ex-husband 3 years ago. She has a 5-year-old son with her ex, who is 41-years-old.
Even though she is divorced from her ex, she still has a wonderful relationship with him and they still love one another as friends.
A little less than 1 year ago, her ex-husband began dating another woman named G.
She actually has gotten very close to G and considers her to be a good friend. She also really likes spending time with G.
She really thought everything was going better than anyone could imagine in this situation, until a few days ago.
She is aware that G and her ex-husband are discussing getting married. She also knows that her ex is very reluctant, though G is adamant about tying the knot and having her own kids.
“I guess G saw some old pictures of me in my wedding dress and has been raving about how pretty my dress is,” she explained.
A few days ago she met up with G to have coffee, and G actually told her that she was going to be getting married to her ex-husband soon.
She did tell G that she was excited for her, but then G wondered if she could wear her wedding dress to get married to her ex!

She was absolutely floored that G even asked her this question.
“I immediately told her that I was flattered, but no,” she said. “She immediately got extremely pouty and started to ask why.”
“I explained that I just wasn’t comfortable with her wearing my dress to marry my ex-husband. She got really upset and started to cause a scene.”
She wound up just leaving G there since she knew there was no way she was going to be able to get herself under control.
An hour after that whole fiasco, her ex phoned her up to inquire about what on earth had gone down at coffee.
She filled her ex in, who was in agreement with her refusal to let G wear her wedding dress, and she figured that was the end of that.
Well, she was wrong. G then got her family members and friends to call her cell and also call her at work to accuse her of being a jerk “for not sharing.”
G also claimed to her loved ones that she did say that she could wear her wedding dress but ultimately changed her mind because she’s just jealous of G.
How crazy, right? G is also going around telling everyone that she is not over her ex and that she is doing everything she can to ruin their upcoming wedding.
She does admit that she is not entirely over her ex-husband, but she really is uncomfortable with giving G permission to wear her wedding dress.
“This whole argument has really put a strain on my ex’s and I’s relationship and the relationship around my son,” she continued.
“Part of me feels like I should give in, but I still just don’t feel comfortable with it.”
She’s left wondering if she really is some kind of a jerk for not wanting her ex’s new wife to walk down the aisle in the same dress she married her ex in.
