Last Night, His Girlfriend Cheated On Him While At Her Company Christmas Party
A 22-year-old man has been dating his 20-year-old girlfriend as of September 2017. Originally, they met back in high school and they began casually seeing one another before getting more serious.
Last April, his girlfriend decided to pick up and move to Hawaii with one of her very best friends, since that was a dream she had always had.
He was less than thrilled with his girlfriend making that move, especially since she had zero plan and he didn’t want to move away from his family and go too.
He and his girlfriend decided to have a long-distance relationship while she was out in Hawaii and he remained in their hometown.
Last October, he flew to Hawaii to see her, and the following month, he broke up with her because the whole long-distance thing was just too much.
His girlfriend then picked up and headed to Florida to spend time with her family before her grandpa passed, and they both wound up single.
They did date around a bit, but then something made him get back together with her.
“About 3 months ago she was posting a lot of TikToks on her Snapchat story about wanting to move back/ getting together with an ex, which was obviously directed at me,” he explained.
“I responded to her after a while that if she wanted to move back and make it work I’d be willing to try as well.”

“Since then we’d been talking every day on Snapchat and literally counting the days until she moves back.”
Yesterday night, his girlfriend attended her company Christmas party, which he admits he was worried for her to go to in the first place.
“I knew one of the guys she’d slept with before we started talking again was a coworker, and I was worried about there being any tension between them or her getting too drunk or drugged or something,” he said.
“I messaged her throughout the night and didn’t get many responses (which in itself is fine, she was at a party after all), just that she was sleeping at the place the party was at and that she had been “talking with friends and making a plan” (still don’t know what she meant by that).”

“She messaged me goodnight and talk to you tomorrow, and didn’t say I love you (which we usually do every night).”
The following morning, he tried to text her on the earlier side, and she assured him she would give him a call when she was done with work for the day.
He pressed her to see if anything went down at the Christmas party, and his girlfriend said that she kissed another guy she worked with.
She also basically alluded to the fact that if it wasn’t her time of month she would have slept with the guy.
“She says she’s been feeling under-appreciated in the relationship and that this random…guy made her feel more important and beautiful than I ever did in our 4 YEARS TOGETHER,” he continued.
“I told her I feel that way about her but that it’s a lot harder to convey that over Snapchat than it is in person.”
She did say sorry, but he is so hurt by what she did. She was set to make the move back to the state he lives in in just 2 weeks.
He was so convinced they were going to make a real go of it this time, but he if left feeling utterly devastated.
He knows he wasn’t perfect throughout their relationship, but he never imagined that she would do this to him.
“I always thought that if we were near each other in person then we’d be able to discuss our issues and come to a good outcome together,” he concluded.
He is currently talking this over with a friend of his, but he just feels so let down.
