This 25-year-old woman says that she and her 27-year-old husband used to have a wonderful marriage, but that all changed after she moved into a new role at work.

Her workload only increased, and she wasn’t able to spend as much quality time with her husband after that.

She also found herself completely drained, and then she ended up addicted to being on her phone.

Her husband didn’t see that and thought she was pulling back from their marriage, which caused him to confide in one of his female friends.

This friend of her husband’s was clearly very interested in him, and this woman convinced her husband she had to be cheating on him.

This woman is successful and gorgeous, and everyone fawns over her. Her husband turned to this woman for refuge, but he got manipulated in the process.

“It was an emotional affair,” she said. “Then she kissed him. He told me out of guilt the day of. I was crushed.”

“I had never cheated on him. Had never even thought of another man. He begged me for a second chance. I thought I could move past it because his cheating was “not as bad.”

Her husband didn’t go further than the kiss, so that’s how she rationalized the cheating not being so awful after all.

Her husband voluntarily gave her the location on his phone, access to what was on it, and access to everything on his computer post-cheating.

She did not ask her husband for this; it was something he did almost like an olive branch. After he confessed to cheating on her, her husband’s affair partner lost it and went crazy when he said he was going to work on his marriage.

She gave her husband permission to text his affair partner, as she wanted this woman to hear from him that he wasn’t going to continue cheating.

Once again, her husband’s affair partner attempted to spin things and convince her husband she was cheating on him, or she never would have taken him back into her life.

Her husband’s affair partner bashed her and said she has no self-esteem. Then, her husband stopped contacting his affair partner.

Three months later, she and her husband have been going to counseling together and separately, and things have been going great.

“Then his affair partner and I ran into each other. I don’t know if she was stalking me or not. She verbally attacked me before she escalated,” she said.

This woman literally came after her in broad daylight, and she ended up in the hospital after the attack.

She’s now not only terrified of this woman; she’s also scared to even step outside for fear that she could be waiting around the next corner.

She has ordered pepper spray to carry, and she has security cameras around her home, but that isn’t making her feel any better. She doubts this woman will ever leave her alone.

“I filed a police report,” she continued. “She was arrested and released on bail. However, it will take months before anything happens.”

“I also tried to get a protection order but it’s harder than expected to get. I found out that she was making TikToks about being the other woman. My husband has been a model husband since then, but my gut tells me to file for divorce. She genuinely scares me.”

“What do I do when my husband has been a model husband since then, but I resent him for bringing her into our life? How do I stop being terrified of her and looking over my shoulder for the rest of my life?”
