For some candy lovers, one of their favorite parts of celebrating Easter is cracking open a box of chewy, sugary, colorful peeps, the classic marshmallow chicks. The Peeptini is a fun way to incorporate your favorite Easter candy into an aesthetically pleasing cocktail.
Here’s how to make it!
The Peeptini
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces marshmallow vodka
- 1 ounce heavy cream
- A dash of grenadine

For garnish:
- 1 chick or bunny marshmallow Peep
- Simple Syrup
- Pink sugar
To prep your martini glass for your Peeptini, you can create a festive rim! This step is optional, but having a fun rim around your martini glass makes the cocktail look extra special. Take a chilled martini glass and dip the rim in some simple syrup.
Next, pour some pink sugar onto a plate and dip the syrup-rimmed glass into the sugar until the rim is evenly coated and looks extra festive.
Set your rimmed glass aside and grab a cocktail shaker filled with ice to begin making your Peeptini.
Add the marshmallow vodka, heavy cream, and a dash of grenadine to your cocktail shaker, pop on the lid, and give it a good shake for at least 15 to 30 seconds.
Finally, strain the martini into your sugar-rimmed glass and top it off with your favorite Peep!
You can cut a small slit into the Peep to make it sit on the rim of your glass or simply pop them right on top of the beverage so it looks as if they’re swimming in a cute, pink pool.
