There are so many interesting or diabolical uses for AI now, like creating a girl with it and then using that character to launch an affair with your ex-wife’s husband.
This man did exactly that, and he didn’t mean for things to spiral so far out of control, because that was not his intention at all when he got started.
He understands this sounds horrible, because it is, but let’s rewind to the day when he got curious and made a female version of himself with AI.
He was surprised to see that his female alter ego was pretty gorgeous, and then he thought making an Instagram account for her could be a fun hobby.
He got invested in leveraging AI to create an entire world for this girl, and then he gained a couple of followers. Harmless, right?
Well, then his ex-wife’s husband popped up on social media as a friend suggestion for him. He friended the guy, wanting to see what he was up to.
“Soon, we were talking for an hour every day. Most of it was morbid curiosity. Things turn into [romantic messages] and some [photos] as well,” he explained.
“My ex found out and is…bent on divorcing him. That [man] is trying to get together with me. I am trying to convince him to beg his wife for another chance, but he is so in love that he isn’t letting go of me.”
“I can’t even block him because I am dying of curiosity. It’s like an addiction. My ex-wife contacted me 2 weeks ago, wanting to talk about what happened in our marriage, reminiscing [about] good days, good memories, blah blah. Then she revealed that her husband is cheating on her.”

Now, his ex-wife had a miscarriage and left him four months later, and he hasn’t exactly remained on good terms with her, so it was interesting to have her reach out like this in light of her husband’s AI affair.
To be honest, he has no interest in getting back together with his ex-wife, since he does have a girlfriend, whom he almost lost after getting so wrapped up in the drama of talking to his ex’s husband.
Because he doesn’t want his ex, he’s doing everything in his power to convince her to stay with her husband, but the harder he tries, the more his ex hits on him.
Anyway, this whole secret about being the affair partner of his ex’s husband is one he will be taking to the grave. He would sooner die than admit this to anyone but us, strangers on the internet.
“I don’t want her back. I hinted to her that I like fit women now, and she has started hitting the gym, asking me for tips and stuff,” he continued.
“I am stuck. Just get back together, work it out, how much am I supposed to push you guys?”
Alright, I think he should take a page out of MTV’s “Catfish: The TV Show,” and create a fake member of his AI girl’s family, and have that person reach out to his ex’s husband to say AI girl got in a serious accident and can’t come to the phone anymore.
It’s fascinating to me that he got this deep into the lies and the drama, and I do think it will be healthier for him to find a new pastime aside from catfishing people on the internet.
