Adobe is continuing their transition to subscription-based software with their new Creative Cloud Photography Plan, a monthly subscription that combines a few different Adobe products for both desktops and mobile devices.
The plan includes Photoshop, Lightroom, and Lightroom Mobile. You can also throw in Photoshop Mix, a new mobile app that includes some features of desktop Photoshop, allowing for compositing and masking. The new plan also comes alongside an update to Photoshop CC, which includes new blur effects and the ability to adjust perspective in one part of your picture in isolation from the rest of the image, among other new features.
The Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan costs $9.99 per month, and is available now. The subscription-based model might be a lot more practical for some photography enthusiasts than shelling out big bucks all at once for the standalone software. You can find more information about the new plan and the new features coming to Photoshop CC in the press release below.
