His Girlfriend Wanted To Move Her Sister And Kids Into His House, But He Said Absolutely Not

A 27-year-old man has been in a relationship with his 26-year-old girlfriend Ashton for 2 years, and they do live together in a house that he is the owner of.

While Ashton is busy completing her master’s degree, he hasn’t asked her to pay him rent at all, and he covers nearly all of their costs.

Ashton will try to help pay for some of their groceries and utilities, and she helps with their chores around the house.

Although it’s essentially on him to pay for their living expenses, he’s completely ok with this since she will be graduating soon and can help then.

“Ashton has a hot mess of a sister named Anna,” he explained. “Anna has burned most of her bridges with her family.”

“She has two kids by two different dads. Been married and divorced twice. Hops from one sketchy boyfriend to another.”

“Always in and out of work. Always complaining about her situation instead of actually doing anything to solve it. I gave up on her last year when she dated this loser who obviously didn’t like kids. And she kept dating him against my and her sister’s advice.”

Anna ended up moving in with her awful boyfriend, and surprise; this weekend she broke up with him and was getting kicked out of his house.

Anna had no place to go, and no money since she has not had a job in some time. Ashton begged him to let Anna and her kids come live at their house, and he told Ashton “absolutely not.”

Anna just takes advantage of people and he doesn’t want to be her next victim. He also does not want kids in his home, since he works out of his house and will be uncomfortable adding 3 more people into the mix.

He really wants to keep Anna as far away as possible. He has tried hard to help support Anna through the years by babysitting for her and giving her rides when she needed them, but no more.

Ashton was wildly upset when he said he’s not going to do anything for Anna, outside of buying her some food when she gets to a new place…wherever that is.

“My girlfriend tried saying it was her house too,” he said. “I said when she started paying the mortgage she can decide who lives here.”

“So her sister tried calling me individually. I told her the same reasons and told her I’d bring food by when she finds a place.”

He then made sure Anna had some phone numbers for groups that could offer her and the kids help, and Anna was angry that he did that.

Yesterday, he happened to be out of the house when he saw through his front door camera Anna and her kids using a key to get into his house.

He quickly called Ashton to ask why Anna had a key and why she was at his house. Ashton claimed that Anna would be there for just a couple of hours, before revealing that she secretly had a key made for Anna months ago.

He was livid and demanded that Anna leave his house or he would be forced to call the police on her.

Ashton did get Anna to leave, and they both think he’s a jerk for not letting Anna and the kids stay at his place.

“So I decided today to change the locks and get a new garage access code,” he continued. “Ashton will have to request access through the garage and I will give access.”

“Ashton is upset. But I told her that this is going to be the way it is until her sister finds a place. Because I can’t trust I won’t come home and find 2 kids and a woman living in my house.”

Do you think he’s mean for not agreeing to help out Anna and her kids and for washing his hands of them?
