She Just Found Out That Her Fiancé Has A Past He Kept From Her, Like Being Arrested For Some Serious Offenses

A 25-year-old woman is engaged to her 27-year-old fiancé, and she’s been together with him for a little under 3 years now.
She really has had a wonderful relationship with her fiancé, and he has always treated her so well.
She’s currently pregnant with twin girls and she’s going to give birth this upcoming fall, and her wedding is set for next summer.
It seemed that everything was moving in a fairytale direction for her, but then she found out that her fiancé has been an entire past that he purposely kept from her, and it’s pretty dark.
Since she has known her fiancé, he has not really talked about what his life was like before her. She does know that he’s from New York, as is his family, and her fiancé did fill her in on the fact that his relationship with his dad was never good.
As for his mom, he’s not close to her at all since his mom never stuck up for him when it came to how his dad treated him.
Fast forward to yesterday. She works as a consultant and she was sitting in her office when a woman walked in.
She spoke to the woman for a bit before the woman looked at a photo she has of her and her fiancé in her office, and the woman said that she knew her fiancé.
This woman had gone to high school with her fiancé, and the woman wanted to know how her fiancé was.

“I said he was great, I told her about the twins and the wedding, and she said she was so happy he had been able to turn things around, everyone had been so worried about him,” she explained.
“I asked her what she meant and she said something along the lines of “well we weren’t sure what was going on after all of those arrests in Florida.”
Well, she had absolutely no idea that her fiancé had spent time in Florida, much less been arrested, so she decided to look it up.
What she found was shocking; her fiancé had been arrested for a bunch of different things, including violating his parole, DV, a DWI, assaulting someone, and resisting a police officer.
She quickly called her fiancé to inquire about what she had just uncovered. Her fiancé stayed speechless on the other line, before insisting that “he had changed.”
He also asked if he could discuss his past with her in person after they all got home from work.
She wasn’t up for talking about this, and she asked her fiancé to find another place to stay while she works through all of this.
“…I’m still not sure what I want to do because even though I believe people can change the fact that he didn’t even tell me about any of this is insane to me and it’s not like it was just one “oops” this is multiple for multiple really bad things,” she said.
“That’s not something you keep from the person you want to marry and I just don’t know what to do because I know he has changed because the person I know would never be capable of doing those things.”
She is aware that she does need to sit down with him at some point and hash this out, but she is so stunned right now that she can’t.
What do you think she should do? Call off her wedding over this?
