He Thought His Marriage Was Problem-Free, But Then He Caught His Wife Sending Steamy Photos To Another Man
For 11 years now, this 36-year-old man and his 32-year-old wife have been together, and they tied the knot 5 years ago.
They don’t have children, and he truly believed their marriage was problem-free. But yesterday, he was on his wife’s phone scrolling through her photos, when he found one she took a day before, and she had no clothes on.
The photo caught him by surprise, as he had never seen the photo before, and he couldn’t imagine his wife would snap something like that for another man.
He then went into his wife’s messages and discovered that she sent the steamy photo to one of her customers from work (his wife works at a gym).
His wife had sent the photo as a response to this guy after he asked her to do something to cheer him up.
There were a lot more messages in there between his wife and this other guy, and he did not really read them all, though he noticed they all were concluded with lots of hugs and kisses.
As soon as he saw all of this, he threw his wife’s phone on their bed, confronting her about the messages.
“She picked it up, deleted the conversation, and was super apologetic, telling me she loves me, etc., and that she made a dumb mistake,” he explained.
“She said she has been texting him for around 1 month and just got caught up with the attention.”

This guy does have a girlfriend and never sent any steamy photos to his wife; she was the one who crossed that line first.
His wife promises she never physically ended up cheating on him and that she has not interacted with this guy outside of the gym.
His wife is at work right now, but when she comes back home, he wants to ask her for her phone so he can try to recover any messages she deleted. If his wife declines to do this, he’s ready to think about actually divorcing her.
“Part of me doesn’t want to read the messages between the two of them, but I feel like I need to see exactly what was said before deciding what to do,” he said.
He doesn’t believe that his wife was being honest when she swore this was the first time she sent a steamy photo to her gym crush.
He is aware that divorce is easier to think about than enact, and he really does not want to end his marriage over this.
Especially since he acted badly around two years ago when he had a crush on his wife’s sister. He got very close to his wife’s sister but never said or did anything that could be considered inappropriate.
“My wife eventually got sick of how much we were messaging and blew up at me. I now keep a distance between myself and her sister,” he continued.
“I would like to move on from this, but not sure how. I think I want a clear understanding of an open phone policy. I want to know who he is because I currently have no idea. He has no social media (shock).”
“I train at my wife’s gym, and if I saw him, my blood would boil, but I think if he was talking to me and I didn’t know it was him, that would be worse. Not sure what else I can suggest. Maybe relationship counseling? I have actually mentioned this in the past, and she didn’t want to do it. Is there any coming back from this?”
