About six months ago, this woman’s husband decided to leave her for one of their neighbors. But one morning, he called her, crying and begging her to take him back.
Before her ex-husband cheated on her, they had been married for three years. Everything had seemed fine with their marriage. He was very attentive, loving, and caring. Whenever she got sick, he would take time off work to nurse her back to health.
But then, a single woman moved in next door, and she was always dressed in provocative clothing. The wife would often catch her husband staring out the window every time their neighbor was outside. He would constantly make up excuses to go outside, such as taking out the trash or forgetting something in his car.
She wanted to give her husband the benefit of the doubt and didn’t believe he would cheat on her, especially since they had a child together.
But he started messing around with the neighbor behind her back. She found out because he would leave the house at odd times throughout the day.
He worked from home, and every time she was taking a nap or showering, he would go outside to talk to the neighbor. One day, she saw them hugging and kissing right out in the open, not caring who saw. They knew she was home, too.
Eventually, her husband admitted that she had caught them sneaking around together. He was going to leave her and be with the neighbor instead. He also promised to help out with their daughter and pay the rent. Of course, she made him pack his things and move out.
Since then, she has not spoken to him, and he has not helped out with their daughter. She had to take over the finances and get a job, so it was a surprise to her when she received a call from him.

He revealed that the neighbor had slept with his best friend, so now, he wanted to move back in with her. It seemed like her ex-husband learned a valuable lesson: the grass isn’t always greener on the other side of the fence.
In the comments section, many TikTok users warned the woman not to get back together with him or let him live with her, pointing out that his cheating behavior would most likely happen again.
“Don’t take him back. It’s not just cheating. He disrespected you and made a joke out of you,” commented one user.
“Please don’t. I took my ex back. I was miserable, always thinking he was cheating. So [many] doubts. It made me bitter with resentment. It’s not worth it,” stated another.
“Do not take him back. This will be the worst mistake you will [make]. They never change,” added someone else.
Luckily, there was no way she would take him back after what he did to her. She recently started talking to another guy who is respectful and values her, so hopefully, he doesn’t end up being like her ex-husband.
