Cheesy bread is one of my absolute favorite foods in this world. Once I start eating it, I just can’t stop. It’s truly the tastiest thing that mankind has ever concocted.

That’s why you should deck out your table with this irresistible cheesy pull-apart Christmas tree bread!

This shared, interactive appetizer will bring the family closer together. Filled with cheesy goodness, you can be sure that everyone will be grabbing for it.

Hannah (@_hannahbrianne_) has a recipe on TikTok that will have you creating warm, buttery pull-apart bread in no time.

All you need is a handful of ingredients, most of which you probably already have on hand. It’s quick and easy because it involves store-bought dough but tastes like it’s made entirely from scratch.

Here’s everything you need to make this must-have holiday appetizer.

Ingredients:

-Pillsbury biscuits

-Cheese sticks

-Two tablespoons of butter, melted

-Two tablespoons of fresh basil

-One egg

-One-fourth teaspoon of garlic salt

-Grated parmesan

Directions:

First, cut up cheese sticks into multiple chunks. They can be any type of cheese you prefer. Wrap each chunk of cheese in a section of dough and roll them into little balls. Next, place the balls of dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Arrange them into rows resembling a Christmas tree. Once that is completed, beat an egg and paint the doughy tree with the mixture, making sure to cover each ball completely.

Bake it at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for eighteen minutes. Then, in a bowl, melt some butter and sprinkle fresh basil into it, along with a bit of garlic salt. Stir well and coat the tree with the mixture. Finally, pour grated parmesan on top for extra cheesiness.

Kathleen serves her Christmas tree bread with a side of ranch dressing, but marinara sauce is also a superb option. Or try serving it with various dipping sauces to suit everyone’s individual tastes.

I can’t wait to whip this up for Christmas! Will you be making this cheesy tree?
