She Has A Sinking Feeling That The Guy She Went On A Date With Spiked Her Drink

Last week, this 22-year-old girl went on a date with a 24-year-old guy whom she met through a dating app.

They chatted for a bit prior to agreeing to meet up in real life, and she was actually the one who proposed the idea for their first date.

She said they should get drinks and food and eat at his place, and in hindsight, she sure regrets doing this.

But, in her defense, she has a lot of anxiety when dining out at restaurants, and she impulsively thought going to this guy’s place instead would be a good idea.

So, when the day of their date arrived, she picked up food for them and headed over to his place. Once she was there, he said they should make some drinks.

Now, she does not drink alcohol at all, and this is something she told him before they met up for their date.

At his house, she once again mentioned that she doesn’t drink alcohol. He said he would make their drinks, and she began eating as she waited for him to come back from the kitchen.

He was in his kitchen making their drinks when he said to her that he’s going to be such a bad influence on her.

He poured sodas into cups for them, and he made her taste his drink before he handed her the drink he made for her.

She did taste both of their drinks and didn’t think they tasted funny or weird or anything like that. Around 15 minutes after she began drinking her drink, a super drowsy feeling washed over her.

He then began making weird hand gestures, and she suspected he was trying to see how sedated she really was. Yes, she honestly believes he spiked her drink.

“I then remember telling him “I feel so sleepy“ and just remembered he had a blank expression on his face as he suggested I lie down on his bed,” she explained.

“I just decided to go home because my dad phoned me to do an errand that day…hours later, he was frequently checking up on me and asked if I got home safe, etc.”

“I’m looking back at our texts, and I mentioned having a difficult drive home, and I also remember getting lost. When I got home, my stomach was in so much pain, my body felt incredibly ‘heavy,’ and I had the worst migraine of my entire life and had to go to bed. I shut down everything because I simply couldn’t function.”

Also, he touched her and kissed her as she was leaving his place, and she cannot recall anything about her drive home.

It’s, of course, several days post date, and she has since reached out to him to politely ask about whether or not he did add something to her drink.

Unfortunately, this guy instantly got mad at her and even swore at her for trying to say he spiked her drink.

He also told her she should go to the hospital and get some tests done to prove that he is innocent, and she did just that. At the hospital, she was informed that they could not help her. After that, this guy cut her off and quit talking to her completely.

“Am I being dramatic to assume – considering there were ‘no substances involved’ that he might’ve put something in my drink?” she wondered.
