A year and a half ago, TikToker @tauruswithscorpiorising met a guy on a dating app. He lived 45 minutes to an hour away from her.
One night, he told her that he would be passing through on his way back from a friend’s wedding and asked if she wanted to meet up.
They met up at a bar next to the town square. That night, there happened to be some kind of festival in the town square, so it was really busy at the bar, with lots of drunk people coming in and out. They sat on the same side of a table and ordered drinks.
Suddenly, a woman came up and sat down right across from them. At first, @tauruswithscorpiorising figured that she was just another drunk girl. But then, she looked at her date and asked where he had been. He didn’t make any indication that he knew this woman.
He told her that he would see her later. The woman then said that he told her that he had gotten into a car accident. Soon enough, @tauruswithscorpiorising realized they knew each other.
The woman started calmly arguing with him while @tauruswithscorpiorising sipped on her drink, munched on her chips and salsa, and enjoyed the show.
She tried to tell the woman that she had just met this guy on a dating app and didn’t know anything about him, except for the fact that he claimed he was single. The woman began asking him for her money because he apparently owed her.
“They just kind of continue going back and forth, and he keeps apologizing to me about how inappropriate she’s being, and he’s telling her to leave. During this interaction, I quickly scarf down my drink, my chips and salsa, and I pay for just my stuff. And because they’re distracted, arguing and bickering with each other, they don’t really notice that I’m doing that.”
When he told the other woman to leave, @tauruswithscorpiorising said she could stay. Then, she got up and made a swift exit. She jogged to her car because she saw that he was trying to pay for his drink, and she did not want him to follow her.

She was able to get out of there without him seeing her or catching up to her. Afterward, he called her multiple times, but she never picked up the phone.
Later, he texted her, but she simply thanked him for his time and informed him that they would not be going any further. A few people in the comments section expressed their thoughts on the situation.
“Reminds me of the date who brought her roommate and one of her other partners on our first date. I should have noped out, but I didn’t,” shared one user.
“Hard pass. I like to watch messy, but I don’t want to be involved!” exclaimed another.
