A woman who goes by @m1crow4ves on TikTok is sharing a ghost story that involves a vacation her mom and stepdad took with their friends.
The vacation happened a few years ago in Arkansas and @m1crow4ves’s mom and stepdad were staying in a cabin on a river along with their friends.
The day that @m1crow4ves’s mom and stepdad got to the cabin, they did some sightseeing before deciding to go back to where they were staying to hang out in the hot tub and have a few drinks with their friends.
They were up pretty late, and finally fell asleep. In the middle of the night, @m1crow4ves’s stepdad got up to go to the bathroom, then came back to the room to wake her mom up.
Her stepdad told her mom quite casually that he had seen a ghost on his way to the bathroom. Her mom was shocked and wanted to hear the whole story, so she didn’t let him simply go back to sleep right away.
“He basically tells her that in front of the fireplace, next to where his friend was sleeping, there was a little girl and a lady standing there, soaking wet,” @m1crow4ves explained in her video.
“So, my stepdad quickly falls asleep, and my mom is just sitting there like, how are you not more concerned about this? How can you sleep at a time like this?”
Although her stepdad and her mom had a couple of drinks, @m1crow4ves promises that her stepdad wasn’t making up his ghost sighting, and what their friend said later confirmed just how creepy and real the whole thing actually was.
After @m1crow4ves’s mom and stepdad got up the next morning, they met their friends down in the kitchen and her mom told their friends that her stepdad saw a ghost the night before.

One of their friends immideately asked if it was a little girl and a lady that her stepdad had seen. Her mom, flabberghasted, confirmed that it was what he witnessed in the living room, and the friend said she had a dream about a little girl and her mom drowning in the river behind the cabin they were staying in.
Despite trying to do some research to see if this event actually happened, @m1crow4ves couldn’t find anything about a tragedy like that occuring at that exact river.
Needless to say, that doesn’t take away from the chilling incident, and @m1crow4ves couldn’t sleep after her mom and stepdad told her about their vacation ghost story.
