One morning, TikToker @slimxshorty arrived at work at 6:00 as usual and saw a drawing on a piece of paper at her desk. She works at a psych ward.

Her coworkers told her that one of her patients had sketched her. As she cared for each patient throughout the day, she figured out who had created the drawing and asked her about it.

The patient told her that she had not intended to draw @slimxshorty, but everyone said it looked like her, so she just put the drawing on her desk.

The patient ended up getting discharged later in the day. Then, at one point, two other patients got into a physical fight.

“There was nobody else around, just me, so I get into the middle of it, and I’m trying to separate them,” said @slimxshorty. “I’m trying to break them up, and while doing that, I end up getting punched in the face.”

For the rest of the day, she cradled the bruised side of her face with her hand. Later, she looked at the drawing again and realized that the girl’s face in the sketch looked like she was in pain.

Her hand was also pressed to the side of the face exactly like @slimxshorty’s.

That’s when she realized the patient had accurately predicted what was going to happen to her during the day. In the comments section, some TikTok users shared similar experiences working with patients who were seemingly psychic.

“One time, I was at work, and I was doodling on a paper. It was a slow day, so I drew this character, and it had a tattoo on his face. It had a very distinct look, and a customer comes in about 10 minutes later who looked exactly like the drawing. He looks at it and says, did you draw me? And I was like, this was just a random drawing. I was so tripped out,” commented one user.

“When I was working in the vaccination clinic as a nurse, giving Covid and flu shots, this little girl came up to me and drew a picture that looked like me. I’ve never seen this girl a day in my life. I took it home and placed it on my nightstand. I started having the most horrific nightmares!!! I mentioned it to my mom, and she said I need to throw that picture away. Once I did, the nightmares stopped,” wrote another.

“I worked in a hospital and ended up having to go up to the psych ward for some reason. A female patient came up to me, called me by my true name, and told me that she knew I was going through a difficult time, but everything was going to be fine. My true name was unusual, so everyone called me by my nickname. I did not have my ID facing forward, I had never met her before, and I had just left a long-term relationship,” added a third.
