She Made A Noise Complaint About A Lively Young Couple In The Hotel Room Next Door Because They Kept Getting It On While Her Husband Refused To Be Romantic With Her
This 38-year-old woman has been with her husband, who is 41, for 14 years, and they just took their first vacation ever without their kids.
They traveled to Europe, and one of the reasons why they decided to go on vacation in the first place was to “rekindle” their relationship.
So, she and her husband set off for a two-week stay at a breathtaking five-star resort, and they are currently on day nine.
But, to her dismay, she and her husband have only been physical once throughout their entire trip. Not to mention, when they were, they were both drunk, and it felt a bit forced.
“We get on great as people, but our [physical relationship] has been an issue ever since we had children,” she said.
Things have only gotten worse over the past year, too, since she gained over 100 pounds since the pandemic, and her husband admitted to “loving her but not finding her attractive anymore.”
This was obviously really upsetting to hear, and now, they are staying at an incredible hotel but reaping none of the benefits.
From the moment they arrived, she claimed that her husband found problems with practically everything– from the hotel staff and food to other guests.
To make matters worse, a young British couple checked into the room right next door just five days ago. Apparently, the couple is extremely attractive, and she wouldn’t even be shocked if she found out they were Instagram models.

This was a particularly bad thing since her hotel room shared a wall with the young couple and could also see onto their terrace. Ever since the young couple arrived, she and her husband have overheard the couple being physical at least once (if not twice) a day.
Then, whenever the couple is out on the balcony, they are always kissing and being touchy-feely. The young woman also tends to sunbathe without a top on, which she realizes is normal in Europe but is still hard for her to get used to.
“My husband quickly befriended them over the balcony, and truthfully, I think he was lusting over the woman next door– who I think was oblivious,” she explained.
“I have also spoken to them both, and they seem nice.”
Still, she kept getting woken up in the middle of the night to the sound of the young couple getting physical. So, she eventually decided to head down to the concierge and ask the hotel staff if they could ask the young couple to “keep it down.”
Well, obviously, the young man next door wound up receiving a noise complaint, and just last night, he angrily approached her husband. The man claimed that if her husband had an issue, then he should have spoken up directly instead of going through the hotel staff.
And since she was the person who made the complaint, her husband had no clue, and it sparked a huge argument between them.
First, her husband accused her of being a ridiculous prude and claimed that if she were more “carefree,” then they wouldn’t have so many issues in their relationship.
“I also brought up his obvious liking of the woman next door, and he angrily said, ‘Why would I? She is young, thin, and hot,’ which was an obvious dig at what I am not,” she added.
By the end of their argument, her husband just angrily paced around their hotel room before going to bed in silence. And the following morning, she awoke to a text from her husband detailing how he had gone on a hike up a mountain– which they both previously agreed not to go on.
Regardless, he went anyway, and the hike took all day. Then, once he returned, they still barely spoke, and her husband suggested they just order room service instead of going out to dinner as planned.
So now, she’s been left wondering whether complaining about the couple next door really made her a jerk or if her husband is in the wrong for leaving her in the hotel room all day on their vacation.
