First dates are basically just a gamble on a stranger. Most of the time, you walk away with a bad story. Every once in a while, you walk away from a totaled car and a positive pregnancy test.
A man who goes by @wordsofmotion on TikTok went on a first date with a girl and found out that she was pregnant…with obviously another man’s baby!
His friend invited him out on a double date, and the girl that was supposed to be for him to get to know was a girl he already was aware of and had heard about at school; he just didn’t know her all too well.
On the day of their date, this girl was driving, he was in the passenger’s seat, and his friend and his girl were in the backseat of the car.
“Now this whole time we’re driving, she’s driving in her car, and she’s texting and driving the entire time,” he explained in his video.
“Well, a car is completely stopped about 40 yards ahead. The two people in the back do not have seatbelts on. I’m in the front seat, I’m like, ‘Whoah, whoah, a car’s coming bro!'”
“We end up smacking into the back of this car going about 60 miles an hour. Completely totaled…her car. Now, thankfully, all of us were fine, but she felt a little loopy, and so she ends up going on an ambulance to the hospital.”
He and his friend agree they should also head to the hospital to make sure his date is ok. They made their way over there and were shocked that it was taking forever for this girl to get checked out.
They sat in the waiting room until this girl was able to come out and see them. He hugged her when she was released and was happy to see that she was fine after the scary accident.

“And then she sits down and tells us that she is pregnant. So, that’s how she found out that she was pregnant, and we never, ever spoke ever again,” he added.
“That was it. So, first date, got in a wreck, found out she was pregnant, that was it. There we go.”
The texting and driving alone would have been enough for me to never see this girl again, honestly. You just met someone, and you’re already putting their life at risk because you can’t put your phone down for a second.
I will say, he’s a good guy for going to the hospital to check on her, because a lot of people would have just walked away after an accident like that. But finding out she was pregnant at the end? Yeah, the universe was telling him something loud and clear, and he was smart enough to listen.
