If you happened to be a guest at a wedding and walked in on the groom cheating with the maid of honor prior to him walking down the aisle, would you say something?
A woman named Elara was in a situationship with a guy who invited her to be his plus-one to a wedding. Not wanting to miss an opportunity to get dressed up, Elara said yes.
But everything got awkward as soon as they got to the venue, as Elara’s date ditched her for his friends, so she started wandering around looking for the bathroom, as she didn’t know anyone.
The venue was enormous, and there were no signs pointing her the right way, so she poked around, opening doors and trying to find her way.
Elara opened up one door and was shocked to find the groom hooking up with the Maid of Honor!
“The groom is in there, fully making out with the Maid of Honor. Fully. At that point, I don’t know that, I just know there’s a man in a tux making out with a woman in a dress,” Elara explained in her video.
The groom and the Maid of Honor froze upon Elara walking in, and she slammed the door shut, knowing she got an eyeful of something she shouldn’t have seen.
Elara returned to her date, and they went to sit down, as it was time for the ceremony to start. Elara told her date that she had witnessed a makeout session, and he told her to ignore what happened.
As soon as they sat down, it dawned on Elara that the groom, who was standing at the end of the aisle, was the man she had caught making out with the other woman.

Then, the bride walked in, and Elara knew that was not the girl the groom had been locking lips with, because she had been in a purple dress.
Elara looked at her date and said she saw the groom making out with someone who wasn’t the bride. Elara’s date responded that she had to drop it.
Elara remained quiet, sitting on her crazy secret while this couple got married right in front of her eyes, and she realized the Maid of Honor had been kissing the groom. Fast forward to the reception, Elara pulled the bride aside.
“I tell her, ‘Hey, I’m really sorry to do this on your wedding day, but I saw the groom in the closet with the Maid of Honor before the ceremony,” Elara added.
“And she just stares at me, and she’s like, ‘I had a feeling,’ and she walks away. About 30 minutes later, the bride, the groom, and the Maid of Honor disappear from the reception.”
“All of them. And it wasn’t over, but it was extremely awkward; everyone who was anyone was gone; I ended up going home with my date.”
Later on, Elara asked her date to find out what went down. Her date was really good friends with the groom, who refused to talk to him.
Elara says the bride and groom are still together to this day, and her date blames her for losing his friendship.
