When He Was A Kid, He Freaked His Mom's Boyfriend Out After Saying He Saw His Deceased Sister Hugging A Tree

When TikToker Jonathan (@jonathanmarkmedium) was a kid, he had an experience that he couldn't understand at the time. Jonathan has always been a medium.

Even when he was young, he could pick up on things that other people couldn't see or explain. One particular encounter left a lasting impression on the man who heard what he had to say.

So, Jonathan was riding along in the car with his friend, his friend's mom, and the guy she was dating at the time. They were driving down the road on the way to a lacrosse game. It was an ordinary drive, that is, until they passed by a street corner.

That was when Jonathan suddenly turned to his friend's mom's boyfriend and told him that his sister kept hugging a certain tree. He aggressively turned to Jonathan and asked him to repeat what he had said.

Jonathan was frightened by his intensity. Of course, he didn't know anything about this man's family history. As far as he was concerned, he was simply stating what he was seeing or sensing.

"I got really scared because I was a kid; I didn't know him, and I said it slowly, and then he just kind of had a stone face the entire time and didn't speak to me," Jonathan recalled.

Jonathan wondered what was wrong. After the lacrosse game, he pulled Jonathan aside and apologized for the way he had reacted.

Jonathan didn't know what had triggered such a dramatic reaction, and he certainly didn't understand the significance of his vision.

Years later, Jonathan's friend's mom was still with the guy, and he finally learned the full story and why his comment had affected him so deeply.

Jonathan's friend's mom told him that he had caught her boyfriend by surprise that day. At the time, she didn't even know about what had caused him to behave in such an intense manner.

But apparently, his sister was killed after being struck by a drunk driver at the exact same street corner where the tree was. He was extremely shocked when Jonathan mentioned his sister and couldn't just brush it off.

In the end, it actually helped him cope with her death, to know that she was still out there somewhere. The idea gave him comfort.

Every day, he drives past that corner where his sister was killed, even if it's not the most convenient way for him to get where he's going.

Suddenly, the man's reaction made sense. Jonathan had unknowingly brought up one of the most painful memories of his life. His words were more powerful than he realized.

The interaction became something much more meaningful and reinforced Jonathan's belief in his psychic abilities.
