Have you ever stared into your cat’s eyes and gotten the feeling that they know something you don’t? Well, TikToker Lori Cowen (@loricowen_) is confirming your suspicions.
She is a self-proclaimed animal communicator and has spent some time connecting with pets who have already crossed over. But recently, she had her first-ever conversation with a living cat named Mack.
The results were unexpectedly existential. She asked Mack all the questions his owner wanted to ask. Once the session wrapped up, Mack asked Lori if he should tell her the secrets of the universe.
“Time isn’t real; it isn’t linear,” Lori recalled what Mack had told her. “It is not from one place to another. It is all now. Everything is now, which you know you just don’t understand, and that’s okay.”
“It’s hard to understand as a human. Humans think they’re the smartest animal, but they are actually quite stupid.”
According to Mack, time is a machine, and the closest that humans have come to understanding life is the concept of the matrix.
The universe has been created and destroyed millions of times. The land of the living is a playground where both beautiful and terrible things happen.
If humans actually cared about each other, the world would be a better place. Until we humans see each other as equals, there will always be evil and bad people in the world.
Lori had to end the conversation because she had other things to do, but told Mack that she would love to continue chatting another time.

His last piece of wisdom was that humans can only help themselves; nothing else can save them. Then, he left a couple of messages for his owner, and the conversation ended.
When she sent over the script of the entire session to Mack’s owner, she was shocked and offered to pay her to continue the conversation.
Many TikTok users shared their thoughts on cats and spirituality, further highlighting the fact that cats have always been judging us.
“I ate mushrooms once, and my cat told me that the shape of the freckles on my arm is the star cluster I am from. I was in the bath, she jumped on the ledge, and she told me everything,” commented one user.
“I think that cats are multidimensional creatures who are here on this plane basically just to help humans. They sleep a lot because they are busy traversing the different dimensions,” suggested another.
“Yes! The other day, I was listening to Buddhist stories, and one of them was about a temple cat who was the most ‘ascended’ member in the temple. The reason she was the most ascended despite her not doing any meditation or anything like the humans was because she was able to live in the present moment, no racing thoughts about the past or future, anxieties, etc.,” wrote a third.
