When TikToker Anna (@anna_grace_643) broke into her own house, she got arrested and found out her husband was cheating on her.
They had built a beautiful home together, but they ended up separating, and he kicked her out. He even offered to cover the down payment for her apartment just to get her to leave.
She knew there must be someone else in the picture; otherwise, he wouldn’t have been so eager to get rid of her.
He also wouldn’t let her come over to the house to get her stuff. One day, she drove over to the house to pick up her belongings and her son.
It was still her house, too, so she had the right to be on the property. When she pulled into the driveway, her husband wasn’t home, but there was a random car parked there.
She looked through the kitchen windows and saw a girl she didn’t recognize. The girl turned around and gave her a snarky look. This stranger was in the house alone with her child, so Anna had to find a way to get in. She tried to slide a window open, but that wouldn’t work, so she broke the window instead.
“Breaking a window on your own house is not illegal,” Anna pointed out. “Like, you can do what you want to your house. I can vandalize my house.”
“I’m pretty positive she lied to the police. From what I heard, she said that I went in there trying to fight her.”
After she broke the window, she wriggled inside, picked up her son, and walked out. The girl told the police that the baby had been in the room with the broken window. However, Anna found him in the main bedroom. The girl was hiding in the closet.

Anna’s husband tried to claim that the girl was just a babysitter, but her stuff was moved into the house. Then, Anna started to realize that this was the same girl she had made him block four years ago. They were flirting with each other, and she was saving shirtless pictures of him at the time.
Recently, he told Anna that he wanted to be with somebody “less” because Anna always laughed too much and made too many jokes.
So, apparently, he went back and chose this girl from four years ago. He also wanted to be with someone less attractive because he hated it when men hit on his partner.
Anna’s dad and brother are both police officers, so they showed up to the scene that day and were not happy that she was getting arrested.
There was no reason for her to get arrested. She was arrested under charges of breaking and entering with malicious intent.
